Return policy:We will gladly give you a full store credit for items returned within the time period below, from the date of delivery, provided the item(s) are in the same condition as when purchased.

• Band & Orchestra instruments: 5 business days.
• All other items: 3 business days.

Returns beyond these times are subject to approval and may incur a minimum restocking fee of 15%.Special orders, Ebay auctions and clearance items are not returnable. Please see store for detailed policies.
