Thank you for renting from us!  Please submit the form below to stop your automatic rental payments and initiate your rental pickup from your school or home.

If the student is planning on continuing with music in the fall, please consider the following:

1.   You are not required to return your rental for the summer.  Our rental agreements are continuous, month-to-month until you cancel.

2. Most of our customers keep their rental over the summer to practice and just enjoy playing their instrument!

3.   You have two months of rent credit to apply toward a Rent-To-Own contract or the purchase of a new or used instrument.  This credit will expire within 30 days of submission of this form. If you have questions on this program, please contact us HERE.

Rental Return Requests submitted less than one business day prior to your normal autopay date may still be charged, however, we will issue a refund as soon as possible.
